I could write pages on how much we enjoyed this resort. First and most importantly, I have never stayed at a resort that was SO clean SO consistently. Other than late hours, we never once left our room without seeing staff caring for the property in some way. Cleaning, sweeping the lot, gardening, trash. Someone was ALWAYS taking care. Our building almost smelled hospital clean. Very impressive. The room was beautiful with all accommodations needed. The resort has everything you could want on property. It’s closer to Disney than Universal but we always do both so we don’t mind. It was off the strip so a little out of the way, but also more quiet location. Walgreens and Publix within 5 min drive and a strip of restaurants just outside the property line. The staff was also responsive to any issue. We checked in and the smoke detector was beeping with low battery. Maintenance came within 30 mins, changed it immediately and was out of our way right away. We plan to stay here again. Just very happy over all.

I really likes the rooms and the set up. Very clean and friendly staff. I was in a front building and it was very peaceful and quiet. Bed and pillows were so comfy!

We booked the hotel very last minute for an ESPN soccer tournament at Disney. While the rate was very affordable, the hotel accommodations were fair, only. My son complained about the “odor” throughout the hotel, including his suite. It was a decent stay, but we will consider other options, going forward.

The overall room was great. We had to move from our first room because it was over a swimming pool and it was too noisy for us. The bed was awful and after day 2 I was in great back pain and almost could not walk. My wife had shoulder pain as the week went on because of the bed. The toilets are so low to the floor that it made it hard to sit and to stand. I think If i had to stay there again, I would flip the bed to the other side and bring with me a matress toper to put on it. Everything else was great including the location.

We visited 4 of the 7 different pools and splash pad areas and each one was so beautiful and well maintained. The playground area was much bigger and had nicer equipment than most other resorts. I was so nervous about this resort after reading some of the negative reviews, but once getting there we realized people just look for things to complain about. This was a GREAT resort and a GREAT price for what all they have to offer.
